Australia Offset HELP????

Hi guys i'm a Noobie here and need some help.
I'm looking at buying a set of 16x7 that have 205/55/16 all round. The thing is these alloy wheels have came off a 2002 Honda RSX or Integra. Umm i've looked around on the net and several different sites have given me an offset reading of +45 and 35 so i'm really confussed which offset these rims have.
To make a long story short, i was wondering if anyone knows if these rims would fit on a 1990 Mr2 with either offsets for front and rear.

From an RSX or Integra, the offset is most likely +45. If the bolt pattern is 5x114 and has a centerbore larger than the MR2's, I don't see why they wouldn't fit. They will be very tucked (and quite ugly in my opinion), but they will fit. I'm pretty sure they will, because I remember seeing a few MR2's with RSX wheels on the MR2 board. But again, they look very tucked.

As for the tires, a 205/55/16 "should" fit on the rear, but I don't think it will fit in the front. A little too tall. A 205/50/16 might fit, but I'd probably go with a 45 to be sure.

Good luck!

I've just found out from Honda Australia that the alloy rim Offset is 45. About the Honda it self its an RSX, the newer shaped Type R.
4DMR2T when you say, "tucked" do you mean that the wheels are deeper inside the car??
Anyway the car is a Jap import. Does that make any differents to the offset factor?

unless u are getting these rims for dirt cheap...why bother...it looks like ass when u have different manufacturer's rims on an mr2....might as well just get proper sized rims for the car....
