MR2 Brake Shims

ok now my question to all who might know - is the name "shim" correct for those little clips that are found on the rotor bracket that hold the brake pad in place and allow it to move in and out?

whatever its called my car came with one missing and has always made a wierd wobbling noise when i braked. ive got the new pads and installed them. with the new pads the one side with the missing clip still makes a wobbling noise and the other side with all the clipos is fine so it must be these little shim clip thingies. but anyway whoever might know what the correct name for these clips are please let me know. thanks

ummmmm.... i think those clips should come with your pads... (they came with mine)

they keep the pads from falling out, but allow them to move side to side.

I dont know what the "official" name of these are.
