Unhappy Brake Problems

hi ive recentlly changed my brake pads. before my pads were really messed up especially the left rear brakes. when changed i still have a wierd wobbling noise when no brakes are applied. when i apply brakes the noise goes away. so i find my self driving with my ebrake partially up for short distances. has anyone had a problem simialar or have an dea what it cud be. i'll answer any questions that may help narrow down the problem. thanks

Are the brake parts on a JDM 1992 Turbo the same as the USDM one?
I need new pads and don't want to get torn paying twice the price for "Japanese specific" pads.

they are the same.

and i'd have your rotors turned or replace them.

and make sure your backing plate isn't rubbing.
