I am buying a 91 MR 2 Turbo. The car has nearly 200K but the engine has about 90K due to a swap. Can anyone give me input on how long I can expect this engine to last? I also noticed that there are some engines advertised on eBay that have been imported from Japan. What are the differences between the 1st gen 3sgte and 2nd gen? Also, will the same engine and tranny from an all trac celica work in an MR2? Any other advice to this newbie will also be welcome. For Jeff, maybe I will see you and Hyde at one of the NEPA events. Looking forward to competing against Hyde at a NEPA Solo II event.
