whats the fastest speed that youve driven your MR2?

on an empty long straight highway I brought my stock 88 supercharged MR2 up to 130mph and it had power to go higher but I slowed down since the car felt like it was fixing to go airborne. Im wondering if anyone ever took their MR2 faster.

my 93 n\a stopped pulling (downhill) at around 130... I wasn't really watching the speedo...
my friend had just bought his new GSXR 600.... and needless to say, he blew by me at about 160... that's crazy-fast on the street.

One of my friends with a '91 MR2 Turbo topped out at 148mph....that was before he blew his HFH!

it took me like 5 miles to get up to speed!!! you probobly get there in like... 30 seconds or less!!!

I get there pretty quick..... but it still hits speed cut at 125mph. I need a speed cut controller....... but I can't read Japanesse
