So hurricane Dennis is headed right this way. My wife is in chicago taking care of her mother so I can only drive one car and the 2 doesn't even have enough room for our 4 pets. Looks like I have to leave it here and hope for the best.

yeah, im not leaving... hell, im probably going surfing (after the surf cleans up). But what i am doing is parking a 1986 Ford Bronco to the left of my MR2, Ford expedition to the right of my MR2, and a jeep wrangler in back of it (since its pulled up to my house)

. hahaha blocking in the only uninsured vehicle with those that are (the mr2 isnt working atm for those of you that dont know).

but thanks for your concern.

Well, since my dad and i put new shingles on our roof using 9 nails per shingle (thats 4 more nails than the miami dade code requires), our house is just fine... no real damage to anything of ours...

I dont think anyone got hurt in this hurricane, and damage was minimal

But i do need to clean the MR2, it has cat prints/hurricane crap all over it

Not sure, but us locals should put together a show/meeting/hang out/box social (just kidding). But we really should meet up some time, maybe for a track day or something.

I hear there are autox events in p.cola but i dont know where they are... anyone know where this is? a friend said they were every other saturday, but he isnt sure.

Well, everyone meets at the bayfront every Saturday night (imports. lowriders), which is downtown Pensacola (near that shitty club called Seville). Now supposedly people meet in Ellison Industrial park on the north side to race, but I've heard that's a bad place to go because of 5-0. But since I go there a lot, it ain't all that great because you see the same cars and same shit (preludes, civics, etc.) all the time
