Is this my alt?

I went to the gas station today and she was runnin' fine. When I came back outside, it wouldn't start, like the battery was dead. Due to an incredibly long, weird story, I have an extra battery in my frunk, so I hooked the jumper cables to it, and got nothing. The extra battery is good, my original one, not so much, but it still works(usually).

So I got a jump and it started right up. I got about 60 feet, and it died again. I hooked the spare battery back up and tried again. After about 5 tries, it started again. This time, I got about 5 miles and it died again. Did the old battery switcheroo again, and it started after about 10 tries. I then finally made it home.

When I would put the key in, the dash lights and key buzzer would be normal, but when I turned it past acc, everything died. Sometimes, when turning the key to start, it acted like the battery was dead, other times, it would flicker back and forth really fast. There was no noise from the engine bay that I could hear. I hooked it up to a charger when I got home and my regular battery wouldn't take a charge at all.

What does this sound like to you guys, alternator, bad terminals, battery(probably bad, but I don't think it's the only problem). Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long post.
