2nd Generation picking the right turbo

whats up fellas.

I am now currently shopping for my perfect turbo, im not really familiar with all the turbos out there so anyone with knowledge of aftermarket turbos please guide me in the right direction.
So im planning on leaving the bottom end stock since im only shooting for 350-400hp, mild build on the head such as valves, spring, retainers, shimless followers,
cam gears(stock cams), and mild port and polish then 3 angle valve job to top off the head. As for fuel/management, im going with supra 550cc injectors, adj. fuel pressure reg., braided steel feed/return lines, supra fuel pump, looking for a good fuel rail, and ECU is still undecided.
So what turbo should i go with in this set up(these are just the major things listed).
T3/T4, GT35, T67...? i want the turbo boost threshhold to be at consideribly low rpm, yet i would like it to pull hard through the higher rpms.

thanks

550s are the wrong injectors for your goal. You are going to want something larger.
I also would not suggest the Supra fuel pump, but rather the Walbro for 400 rwhp.

I'm curious why you are wanting to do all of that work to the head, but leave the cams stock. going to longer duration cams is a quick way to pick up a lot of power.

As for the turbo choice, you are going to have to give up some spool in order to hit big numbers and flow up top. You can't have everything in a turbo. Turbo choices are all compromise.

Coincidently, you listed the turbos in the order that you would consider them IMO.
Althoguh "T3T4" could mean several different types. You might also consider ATS Racings TD06 kit.

That really depends on your set up ... properly degreed cams on the right MR2 set up have made between 25 and 75 rwhp.
