greddy 20 kit questions

Hey guys, I installed a 20g kit from greddy on a 90 Mr2, and now the ecu cuts on WOT and the error code 34 comes on, which is abnormal boost. greddy instructions dont mention anything about that. The boost is set to a conservative 12 psi but it cuts out even at 10 psi. Anyone expereicne this?
Thanks!

Code 34 is fuel cut I believe. There is a vaccum hose coming off of the intake plentum, and leads to a small black box attached to the rear-right of your engine bay. Pull that hose from the black box that says "Boost Pressure Sensor".... and plug it with a screw. This will get rid of your problem... but beware that you no longer have a fuel cut system. Make sure you have a boost controller you can put faith in.

Russell, thanks for the reply, greatly appreciated. yes, the car does exhibit fuel cut. I thought that black box was a map sensor! I guess the ecu uses the afm to adjust a/f mixture.
Thanks!
