some pix of the (in progress) spraypainted 87 mk1 sc :)

for those that don't know.... ae101 4agze, e51, megasquirt & edis4 ecu is what powers this thing....

but this is just the progress as of today.... there are a few more parts i still need to paint.... and after a couple days i'll take rubbing compound to it & then wax it....

it's just cheap primer base with duplicolor semi-gloss black over it (each panel got about 5 or so coats)....

Duplicolor is pretty good as far as automotive spray paint goes.

looks better now that i've put 90% of it back together (excluding trim) and have put a layer of wax over most of it...... it's not perfect.... but it's a good $70 paint job
