What turbo is on it? If you are keeping stock turbo or stay within CT family (CT20b, CT27 or upgraded CT26), there is no point to use tubular manifold. The stock one will do the job just fine. The new one from Toyota is not that expensive. You have a 9-stud version, don't you?

They usually warp (fr loose or missing fasteners) more than crack. You can have the manifold resurfaced for cheap and repair/replace any broken or missing manifold stud. 93up=9hole, 91-92=7hole manifold.

it had 125,000 miles on it.the engine was a new ATK long block out of Japan. I think the main reason it was so warped was cuz the techs who put the manifold on back on the engine used a bolt that was too long and stacked a bunch of washers on it to make it snug. but it was not flush. I guess after enough hot/cold it warped. we tried to get it to seat right but no way. way too much warp...
