horrible dyno

wussup people i did my first dyno today. i left there really upset. im not sure how i only put up 161.8whp and 150ft lbs of torque on my best run. i was really shocked and quite upset. do these numbers sound right if im running 12psi on a ct26 turbo with a t04E compressor and a 57trim wheel with an apexi power intake and ko racing downpipe with the second cat gutted. i thought i would of put up more power than that. and another thing i dont understand is b4 i got there i reset the computer and drove around a little b4 i turned it off and waited for about 3 hrs b4 i was on the dyno and on all my dyno runs the air fuel ratio went off the charts. at around 3300 it started to drop from around 12.1 and at around 4500 it was under 10.1. can anyone gimme any suggestions on wut happened.

You should making more than that. Back in the day when I was stock I made 220 WHP on a Ct-26 upgrade. It seems like you need a little bit of tunning. At the time I hade Ko Exhaust boost controller and stock cat. No down pipe and I made this. Look at my dyno graph. Click on the picture to make it bigger.
