The question I have is at what particular speed should I feel vacuum from the R port on the throttle body? It does not seem to be giving any vacuum at any engine speed. I also opened the throttle with the eigine off and can't blow air into the vacuum fitting for the R port on the TB nor spray carb cleaner through it. This makes me think it is plugged but I'm not sure if this is a condition of how the R port is supposed to work. Help!
