At first, I thought the tacked-on tail-lights were from the current Lexus GX470, but when I took another look at pictures of the GX, I don't think they are. But, the reverse lights look to me like they are off the current GS sedan.
I agree that it does not seem to have the design cues of the 4Runner. It seems quite large and high, suggesting a full-size (truck-based) SUV.
So, my guess is that it is a Toyota (or Lexus) full-size SUV (or maybe new GX).
