I still haven't found the plugs to drain the door. I noticed my trunk had about 3'' of water in the spare well and the car was detailed last month and not sure if the detailer did it when he shampooed the trunk carpet.

I didn't find any drain plug for the door, but merely pull the tims moulding out from the body a little and the water will drain.
You trunk probably had water in the well for some time. I believe there is a plug there you can remove.
