I guess the "set-up---> System Setup---->Guidance Vol is in the small back-up display..
I don't have a Nav unit. Adjusting the volume as the call comes in is a mute point...by then I've already been decibled to death by the initial ring or 2..lol
Summerwind is this menu your referring to accessed from the radio readout...
