only problem is if it'll hit the us market...they released the corolla compressor i think that was supercharged in uk and i thought it was pretty nice...but didn't make it over here..they're going hard at hybrid engines, and i think around 2020 all their line up is gonna be hybrids

Yeah that's the 120hp, < 1,000kg sports car everyone's talking about.
The thing is, the rear looks like tC meets Fusion. (The US Fusion, not the UK one). Not exactly pretty. But the front is decent.
Hopefully the "Celica replacement" isn't Celica priced either (at least in Canada). It ran from $25k to $34k. That's well within Camry territory. First time buyers aren't looking in that range and can't afford a new Celica. Even if they can, it was pretty sparsely equipped.
