The 94-99 Celicas in the U.S. had the 7afe (ST) and the 5sfe (GT) motors. They, like most all Toyotas, last forever. I took mine out with around 190,000 miles on it and it was running beautifully.

No, they are not AWD. The ST205 was the only AWD 6GC and it was not available in the U.S. It used the 3rd Gen 3SGTE motor.
