What exactly is USDM, because, i know that jdm is "japan domestic market"? all the places i've found say that european carlos sainz have less hp than the japanese rc because of the rc's ecu tuning, is this not true? what hp rating do they both have?

does anyone know what the stock psi is, what it can go too, and why i've heard some people drive there cs/rc in the winter?
