dim dash panel lights and headlights

I bought my 94 hilux 2.4d 2wd 8 years ago the dash lights and also the headlights have never been bright enough. batteries and alternator ok anyone have any ideas to rectify this problem (electrics not my strong point). thanks. halfpast

there is a dimmer switch "dial" .. that can dim or brighten .. have you tried that ?

The thing is , that dimmer only affects the dash lights, not the headlights like he posted.

But whithout more info, it could be that it just is what it is, no problem.
