Build a custom winch bumper

Hey all, first time posting on this site but I've gotten a lot mechanical help here during past projects and wanted to give something back. When I set out to make a winch bumper for my 88 4runner I couldn't find much info or many different styles for ideas, so here's a contribution to that area. I maxed this winch out hard and everything held, winching the bottom out from under a 60ft poplar which wedged into the ground and hung up on a tree after I cut it, and multiple self-recoveries have been a cinch. Originally worried about mounting to the crossmember I used as it looked weakish but now I can vouch that this system will take whatever you throw at it.
