quarterpanel replacement

Hello, I just picked up a 1991 pickup that both my brothers have used over the course of the last 10 years or so and coming to me it is in fairly rusty shape. I have to replace the bed, the front quarter panels, E-brake and possibly the gas tank (all top offs come pouring out from somewhere under the bed). For now I will start with replacing the quarter panels. I have not done it before and the Haynes manual doesn't say anything about it. Could someone help me out with how best to approach this.

The front fenders unbolt, as does the bed.

The gas leak is usually from the pickup tube assy, the metal lines rust out. It is replaceable and a dealer only item.
