my 94 yota having a problem

whats up to yall my first time posting on here but i usually read on here alot.
i been reading up on the crossover pipe issue with the 3VZE AND THE OVER HEATIN so basically i cut it out and welded a pipe under the tranny straight back like ive seen people doing it well it took away alot of torque and liked the sound for a while then i welded my stock muffler back to it trying to get a little torque back but i dont know if this has anything to do with this but a little while later after doing that my truck when i drive it now at low rpms it stutters big time like if it were missing or something but only at low rpms if i rev it and shift through it wont do this wondering if anybody knows what the deal is with this?

yeah you probably need a little more backpressure. The 3.0l aren't powerful enough for you to go straight pipe
