Question Extended cab window won't stay shut. Any suggestions?

The rear window won't stay closed. The picture is of the latch in the furthest position it will stay but the window is slightly open. I could wire/glue/caulk it closed but would rather keep it working. Any ideas?

Thought I'd share my solution.

I was at the store and found some velcro straps made by 3M for about four bucks. They were meant for wrapping up electrical cords like you would use zip ties. Anyway, loosened the two screws and put a strap behind the black bracket. Closed the window and wrapped the velcro around the latch. Stays closed tight but can still be opened if I want. This was all after I had them just wired shut for a while.

Good stuff. I was going to say get a good used hinge from a junker truck. Mine are really tight...
