89 new 22-re burning oil

1989 toyota pickup. CA. rebuilt engine (total of 5 miles). Burning ungodly amounts of oil.... more like dumping oil of out exhaust. Question is where is this coming from. Compression test: 120 psi across all cyl. I though it was going to be the head, but today i saw the intake manifold (viewed from throttle body) is totaly covered with oil on the inside.

My question to you guys, is where could this be coming from? I mean what could be dumping large amounts of oil into the upper half of intake? what even has access to engine oil. Thanks.

I couldn't say, other than some company out in Texas, But it was a whole rebuild. I just bought the truck. But I think the 22-Re is supposed to have 150-170psi, so maybe it's back to the rings. The blow-by could be pressurizing the crankcase, more than the PCV can handle(PCV works by the way), possibly forcing oil through an airflow hose...

Oil is consumed evenly across all 4 cylinders. Coolant is clean. so that rules out head gasket/cracked block. I wonder if 1) The engine could have been slightly bored out, and original pistons installed on accident 2) someone forgot rings?
