What Tranmission Fits?

I have a 93 pickup with an A43D and after 260k mile, reverse works or not and forward is slipping a bit when cold. If I am going to pull it apart I will overhaul it. I have failed to find a replacement in a junkyard. I do however find lots of these year model 4runners with 6 cylinder motors, at least the transmissions. Will this transmission swap? It looks a longer.

OK, you didn't say but I think you have a 2WD and 4 cyl ?

The 6 cyl trans won't bolt up. Different bell housing bolt pattern to start with.
