alright i took off my cover to change my airfilter an noticed that my throttle plates look messed up. the one on the right looks closed and normal. but the one on the left looks stuck open...is this normal??
btw its a 1990 toyota shortbed sr5 with the 22re L4 2BBL

I'm confused.How do you have a carburetor on a 90 model with a 22RE? I thought fuel injection has been standard since 88 in those.Or did you do a conversion like I've seen on here?

its a stock carbourator. but i figured it out. i asked a guy at work and he said the closed one is for normal driving and the open one is for when you floor it.
