87 Toyota pick up please help

I have changed my whole cooling system. It's not over heating anymore but I have a hesitation in the truck after it idles down. Had to add coolant two days straight. The day after i sprayed carb. cleaner into the jets then later I had a carmel looking stuff come from the tail pipe. I also replaced my catalytic convertor and I also have a small hole in the tail pipe directly behind the catalytic convertor. After I turn off the truck and look at the oil it looks alittle milky but not after it has been sitting awhile.Is that condensation in the oil? What could be my problem? I also use high test gas- 93. The book say 87 or higher. If it is head gasket replacement how much does that cost?

Milky oil does not sound good. It sounds like a head gasket. The price varies quite a bit. Of coarse the cheapest way is DIY.
