Exclamation Steering wheel hard

hi,

I have a Camry XLI 2004 model, i change the the front shockabs after 200,000 kms and now the steering wheel has become very hard especially at lower speeds ( less than 40km).

The car also wavers at lower speed and is hard on steering.

Is it normal to have this problem after changing front shockabs..?

Any ideas to solve this?
