it all depends on your set up really, if you have really lumpy cams with alot of duration your gonna have all your power up to, and a bumpy idle. a TRD headgasket to bump the compression up, a good set of cams (research on what specs would suit your needs), open throttles, nice exhaust (possibly header), and something to manage it would make a fun and quick street car..
