The creaking/rattling was so bad that I couldn't take it anymore. I dropped off my Camry at the dealer tonight, and they said that it will probably be ready late Wednesday afternoon. The dealer said that this is becoming a common problem. They are also looking into some rattles in the passenger side b-pillar trim.
