93 lexus sc300 tail light fuse where is it located?

hello i have a 1993 lexus sc300 and a few days a go the tilt wheel,tail lights,intior lights, power locks all stopped working i checked all the fuses under the driver side dash by the kick panel and they all seem good is there any other fuses in a differnt place to check or is there a differnt problem with the car it all stopped working after i had the front driverside fender taken off and a dent fixed and reapainted im not that familar with lexus so if any one can help me out with any ideas i would appreciate it thanks mike

check engine bay, AND the kick panels themselves, i know in my car i actually go ta fusebox in my passenger kick panel...

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.
