Toyota Windom / ES300

I have a 1991 Toyota Windom 3.0G on which the boot release / fuel filler release button assembly collapsed today and fell into the door "void".Can anybody please advise how to take off the door panel / trim to enable me to retrieve the said button assembly? It doesn't say anything about it in the English translation of the Japanese manual over here in New Zealand.Any help would be really appreciatedRgdsAndy T

Eh, I don't think there was a '91 Windom. It first came out as a '92.

There's plenty of '91 Windoms on the roads over here in NZ! Theyr'e all Japanese imports - perhaps they marketed them in their home market initially before going global in '92?
