Australia CD Player Problem with IS200

Hi All,
I have a 2000 model lexus IS200 and my CD isn't working anymore. I'm unable to eject CD's, insert CD's and play CD's. It comes up with an ERR3 message on the display. Does anyone know what this message means and can I how can I fix this.

Cheers,
Paul

ERR3 means, something wrong with the CD Player. it says in my manual, try ejecting the CD n try inserting again.

if that doesnt work, go to TOYOTA or LEXUS dealer.

Thanks, I have tried ejecting the CD and it won't eject the CD.
I hate going to a Lexus dealer because they just too expensive and i was dissapointed with the last service.

See if you can remove the unit from the car (the deck itself) and then open the unit to see if you can remove the cd in there. Then reassemble everything and see if it works, if not..just take the unit to a audio shop and let them diagnose it.
