i tell ya...no respect what so ever for es300s...

are there any es300 owners out there? i seach the net for websites to buy parts from, but come out empty handed. they even have parts for the rx300 and lx470. only way to get parts is to get windom parts from jp. whats wrong with the es? i think it looks clean. can anybody recommend any good sites for 97-01 es parts?

i'm not familar with ESs, but i KNOW some ppl do modify them in terms of performance, its just that you will sometimes have to rely on universal parts

anyway nice to know you're being unique, such brilliance.

1997-2001 ES300 uses the 1MZ-FE, right? And it's still the MCV20 chassis? Camry parts should fit them...don't count on many ES300 parts though...even Camry parts are rare enough as they are.

huh? good point. yep i think its time to get a kazuma s/c. nah just playin'.

i was plannin' on getting a 3000gt VR-4 soon. that would set me back a

cool 18000-21000 bux. do you think i can match the perf. of the gto and

turn the camry into a 13 second car? cuz im afraid ill grow out of the whole

rice rocket thing and probably settle for VIP style sedans anyway.

The 1MZ was put in the ES300 in '94, like the V6 Camry.

yeah, the 1MZ-FE isn't all bad. i just wish it was either 5-speed automatic or

rear-wheel-drive! at least either one! i guess when they were designing the

es300/camry they were on a budget and thought only of family needs and

not performance. its a damn shame...A DAMN SHAME I TELL YA!

There's always http://www.tt-cc.com/ratko/swap/ .

Ooh...just noticed the update. He basically spliced parts from the 92-94 V6 5-speed and a few parts from the 95-96 1MZ to fit his own 5-speed transmission into his Gen3.5 camry 8) I plan on doing this, if I ever get the money

Edit: Also used 2 parts from i4 Gen3...

hey.. i m a ES owner too...mine is a 97 model
too bad you cant find that much stuff for the ES in North America...
and you can order stuff from japan.. but the dont expect the price would be cheap...
i just order a set of Kg/mm springs on my ES, the parts only cost me $550 w/o install....and i purchase a TRD kit which is for the camry..(still waiting for paint job)....

although parts are hard to find ... but keep searching...
and here is my ride...
