how do i get to the foglights?

hey es owners (MCV20 especially), i was wondering how to replace fog light

bulbs on a 97-01 es300. i tried myself. i looked under the bumper and saw

a plastic cover, so i unscrewed all the bolts and started tugging . well,

it didn't budge. i discovered that that plastic cover/plate was one piece with

the plastic inside the wheelwell. i said AW NAH, HELL NAW! im not about to

take the wheel off, the plastic cover, just to get the foglights. maybe

there's something i dont know or see, can someone help?

yes you are on the right direction
just make sure you unscrew all the bolt

after you unscrew it, you can reach the rear of the fog light and you will feel ther is 2 more bolt on it... what you do is disconnet the cord... unscrew it... take it out... and that it...
