When I transfer phone numbers to the bluetooth phone book in my SC430 they appear "greyed out", so they are not usable/accessible. Suggestions on how to fix?

Is this while you are driving or stationary? If while driving on your NAV screen this is normal! You can only access your phone book while stationary, or you can do the DVD/NAV mod found on the my.is or clublexus web sites. However, you should still have full access to speed dial numbers while driving.
