94 LS 400 self locking - intergrated phone problem

Hi, got a 94 LS 400, and it recently started locking itself. This happens as long as the key isn't in the ignition, and is starting to be an anoyance because I have locked myself out 4 times now in the past 2 months. The car does this whether there is someone in the car or not, and it also arms the alarm. Any clues to why it does this? This is only a recent occurance, it only started about 3 months ago, and hasn't ever happened since the day I got this car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the intergrated phone in the center console has also been "acting up" I never had the phone activated, but in the past 4 months, it has started to beep every time I leave the car. Any idea on why its doing this? Could this and the auto-lock be related? Would removing the phone stop the beeping? If so, how would I go about removing it?

I haven't the slightest idea as to why it's doing this, but try running on over to Club Lexus and running a search on that. or maybe join the forum and ask them.
