OEM wheel cross-reference

Does anyone have knowledge or a link to an OEM wheel cross reference chart? I would like to replace the original wheels on my 1997 LS400 and there are a large number of choices on eBay from RX, SC, and IS models that may or may not work.

After a bunch of research it appears that the only Lexus wheels that will fit the oversize 4-piston calipers on the 1995-2003 LS series is another 1995-2003 LS wheel. There are some aftermarket wheels with "high caliper clearance" that will work. If anyone has actually mounted another specific model/year of Lexus wheel please say something. I am limiting my shopping to LS wheels otherwise.

I've mounted 1998 17" GS 400 wheels on a 1992 SC 400, no problems. I've seen them on a ES 300 with no problems. I am positive they will fit the LS 400.

I have 1992 SC 400 16" wheels on a 1992 ES 300 (15" stock) no problems, even going with a RWD wheel on a FWD car.

Any Lexus 114.5x5 will fit on the 1990-1994 LS400. Beginning in 1995 they started putting an oversize 4 caliper piston on the front of the LS model and after considerable research an am convinced that no other Lexus rim will fit. Even in the aftermarket you have to get special "high brake clearance" wheels. We tried a dozen "standard" aftermarket rims at my local tire shop and all of the rubbed the front calipers.

I found a set of BBS wheels that worked.
