check engine light? if so, just disconnect the neg terminal of your battery for about 20 minutes and connect it again, this resets your ecu.

No, maintenance required. It's a reminder light to get services performed. The check engine light tells you something needs repairing. I wish I could tell you the trick to reset it but I haven't had to on a Lexus yet. Please share with us if you find out how.

i would try the battery connector, or find the fuse for that light. The light could be going out so sometimes that is a reminder if it does not shut off.

ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT REMINDER LIGHT
The system must be reset after the engine oil replacement. Reset the system by the following procedure:

Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position with the odometer reading shown.
Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position while holding down the "ODO/TRIP" button. Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds. The odometer inidcates "000000" and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing. In this case return to step 1 and try again.

regards
