90 ES250 Need Help Badly!!!

I have a 90 Lexus ES250 and I got some kind of wierd sqeaking noise coming from my passenger side front. It only does this when the car is moving slow, when I accelerate it goes away. The problem is, it doesn't do it all the time, but when it does, it is loud an annoying. I replaced the rotors and pads yesterday. Took it for a test drive and no sound. Drove it today, it the squeaking was back. Put the car on stands and ran it, but no noise was found. There is no vibration in the steering it it does this going straight or turning. Also the wheel bearing are fairly new, so I eliminated this option. I have not a clue as to what this could be. It comes and goes and is really starting to piss me off. Can anyone provide any advice or what to look at next. Oh yeah, when I jacked the car up and put in drive, the drive wheel was not moving, but the passenger wheel was spinning freely. The drive wheel didn't move until I put a little pressure on the brakes, but this stopped the passenger wheel from turning. I thought they both are supposed to turn at the same time and stop at the same time. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but could the noise be coming from my transmission?? You can't hear anything on the drivers side, only the passenger. PLEASE HELP!!!

Your transmission seems to be working Ok. This is what its does if front wheels are off the ground.

How loud is the noise? Is this brake pad on rotor squeak? Does the noise get better or worse when you apply the brakes, or when making turns? Can you make the noise by jacking up the passenger’s side and turning the wheel by hand? Are you sure it is the front wheel and not the back brake drum that is slightly warped? The front brake rotor shield on the steering knuckle can sometimes bend and make contact with the rotor. The front passenger axle I think has an intermediate bearing on the axle shaft. Do the brake pads have the shims installed and the grease?

Your control arm bushings probably need replacing... The passenger side one is the one that usally goes first.
