2007 Ls 460

Hello everyone, I just joinded this site and I need some help. I just took delivery of LS 460 and it is great. trying to figure out 2 things. The first trying to override the navigation system so I can use it when I am driving. I have followed the instructions with upper left and lower left until I get a diagnostic screen. I do get one but I cant find the override button. Any help would be appreciated. Also how can I download my ipod onto the hard drive system. I was told that I can only use the headphone jack to play ipod through the radio, but still have to use ipod to control everything.
