Supra TT to SC300 suspension?

I have a 1993 SC300 and am in the process of tightening up the suspension. I was wondering if the swaybars from a 93+ supra TT were thicker and if they would bolt right up. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Supra TT sways will bolt in no problem

if you want to tighten it up more, look into installing Supra LCA's, new polyurethane bushings (or at least replace the old crappy rubber ones with new ones), Supra TT springs + shocks too (this will lower the car about an inch also, but keep in mind that in order to use any springs made for a supra, you must also use supra shocks)

Thanks. I already have the Tokico lowering kit for the SC which consists of HP struts and 1" drop springs. I'll look into the poly bushings and try to find supra swaybars.

Will supra TT lca's work with the SC struts/springs? Will they lower it even more?

No they won't lower the ride anymore, and the supra LCA's should also bolt right in even with SC shocks/springs

How does hood clearance compare between the SC300 and Supra? Will strut tower braces work on both?

It's tough to say, I know that there are a few companies that make STB's specifically for the SC300, like Carbing, or TRD. I am not sure if the STB froma supra will fit directly, I believe the valve cover manifold or maybe the intake manifold may get in the way. The solution to make it fit in that case would be to use spacers under the strut mounts to raise the bar slightly.

Hey.. Off topic BUT

was your car black & had 17x9 SSR's & 17x8 SSR Integral A2's?
was it crashed and sold to Gazi?

If so I have the rims from your car on mine.

San Fernando Valley.

These coilovers ride perfect for me, not a soft ride like Tein but not super stiff (if that makes any sense, lol). They ride great through the twisties... I love canyon runs, live 5 minutes from them.
