Simple SC300 upgrades?

I have a 93 sc300 looking for some simple brake upgrades or swaps. Would it be feasible to swap supra tt/sc400 front rotors and calipers and then relocate the stock sc300 front brakes to the rear?
Thanks

I don't think you want to move the front rotors to the rear, if you want to do a brake upgrade, look into going for the SC400 rotors + calipers all around. Or you could do TT brakes up front and SC4 in the back. Be aware that with any TT brake upgrade, you are going to need wheels that have High Disk Fitment to clear Big Brakes, with the SC4 rotors this wouldn't be needed, but they are still stronger than SC3 brakes.

Another feasible brake upgrade is to go with LS400 rotors and calipers, this route will likely be cheaper than a TT brake upgrade and hence not quite as good, but much much better than the SC4 brakes. A sort of middle ground if you will. But again with the LS4 brakes, you are going to need wheels with High Disk Fitment.

Thanks for the info. Right now I'm running 17x7 Sportmax 962's with a 40 offset but I'm looking to get something bigger and wider. The clearance is good so I may look into the TT upgrade. What year ls400 brakes would fit/work best?

1995-2000 LS400 rotors and calipers.

I'm fairly certain you can re-use the brake lines as well. The LS4 upgrade would cost as much as the SC4 upgrade, which isnt even an upgrade really. The stopping power with the LS4 rotors is extremely comparable to the TT upgrade, yet cheaper.

The LS4 brake package also weighs 16 pounds less than the TT brake package (4lbs saved at each corner)
