i loaned my 1996 es300 to my friend and when i got it back the casset she had loaded with her cds was stuck and wont eject. the changer is mounted in trunk. i see where its bolted down, but would it do any good to remove and try to take apart to fix? thanks in advance.

My '02 E300 has the disk player in the dash. When a disk got stuck I used a 4x6 notecard slipped in on the top (or bottom, can't remember which) and was able to remove the disk that way. Worth a try.

yeah the notecard can work...usually you can go underneath near your break pedals and remove the factory cd changer...if not try the good ol notecard and flashlight trick

Lexus 6 cd changer is located in trunk. its the casset with 6 cds loaded that wont eject.
