One thing 2Advanced, I think the Lexus mufflers will be loud on your car considering it used a bigger diameter pipe! So you might have to make some kind of adapter!

the IS muffler inlet and outlet pipe diameter is large....wont be a big diff compared to what u have now...let's not forget that the muffler was designed for a 3000cc car...and ur slapping this on a little 1.6. it aint gonna be quiet
