Buying a Used Lexus

About how many miles would you say is the limit for a used lexus? I know their reliability is the best out there, so would 150k miles seem ok for a used Lexus?

Just make sure major services have been done recently, and you should be OK. Which model are you looking at? The 2JZ (SC300, IS300, GS300) and the 1UZ(LS, GS400, SC400) are both very GOOD motors with lots of life so long as the major services are done in a timely manner.

^^ what he said. Lexus engines 'age' less when appropriate maint is done in a timely manner (well all engines for that matter). We're at 180K on my 94 es (1mzfe) and it still runs great.

just check the gauges to make sure they arent burnt out, as they are quite expensive to replace.

because its only 100k, that engine will run strong for more than twice that still if you keep it maintained which it sounds like you do
