Question High mile '02 LS400 what to replace?

My friend just bought a nice '02 LS400 with 135k on the clock. It runs great and 5 speed auto shifts smooth, engine uses no oil. What should he keep a eye on at this mileage? The timing belt was already replaced. I said he should replace the rear diff lube and change the auto tranny fluid. Is tehre a tranny cooler in these cars, he only drives it in the summer should he put one in?

Last time I checked, the LS400 was discontinued at the end of 2000 with the 430 coming out in '01.i would do a simple tuneup and replace all fluids. It's really not high mile for this car knowing how these cars can go 500k+ miles.

What was the previous maintenance records like? Without proof I would assume it wasn't done. You can go to Lexus and ask for a tuneup or ask what it covers so you have an idea.
