What is the bolt pattern for a '00 LS400? Is there any cars out there that would have a 17" wheel stock that would bolt onto a '00 LS400?

bolt pattern is 5x114. you can put the GS400 17" wheels onbut i'm not sure about the offset. Also note that the 2nd gen LS has 4piston calipers whereas the GS has 2piston so it might be a tight fit but it will work.

The four piston calipers of the LS are to big to fit over the two piston of the Gs400? Even if the wheels are bigger at 17" instead of 16"? You would think that the GS would need the four piston and the LS only two piston. How offten do you see a LS slaming into a corner and braking hard??

any LS430 or 06+GS wheel will definitly fit. GS400/430 5spoke wheels might fit with spacers but don't quote me on that.
Great info thanks, so as long as it is a '06 on GS or a LS430 we are cool. Did the LS430 and '06 Gs's come with 17" stock?

Has nothing to do with the height of the rim. It's the offset and the positioning of the face of the rim.
