fowlman New TN User Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: maryland Posts: 6 Gameroom cash: $2000 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts iTrader Score: 0 reviews	2003 es300 transmissions woes im new to this so pls bear with me. we purchased an es300 new and have never been satisfied with the transmission shifting, which is abrupt, rolling shifts, and when down shifting automatically into 2nd and 1st acts like a stahl converter on upshift. wondered if anyone has experienced this or if there is a TSB on it from Lexus? we have had it to the dealer, pohanka in chantilly va, and they claim there is nothing wrong. thanks
